Born to be wild
Collection

All the pieces of the Born to be Wild collection reproduce patterns and prints of eclectic inspiration, sewn with the best lines of design and comfort. More than a premium brand of loungewear pieces, the collection is intended to be a line of awareness for the threat of wildlife. The lightness of the fabrics, the harmony of the shapes and the illustrations, make each piece translate a frame of mind. Raising the use of a simple piece to an indelible experience of comfort and harmony. The boldness with which the collection was thought, translates into the same spirit with which Carolina daily embraces the cause, the symbiosis no less subtle, between the Fashion and the Wildlife.

Fine Africa
Collection

In this collection, the original KLEED kimonos have been complemented by their more urban, easy to wear robes and pyjama counterpart. Here again, KLEED’s personality shines through, in the wide range of prints, the flattering cut, and the quirky details and trims. The entire collection of loungewear is flexible – it matches and mismatches on a whim – just like today’s sophisticated and demanding consumer.

The Lodge
Collection

For Summer 2017 the Portuguese loungewear brand introduces The Lodge Collection, 100% inspired in the African safari atmosphere: sophisticated yet comfortable, these are items one would wear in a lodge, after an early morning game drive. Pajamas and Kimonos, soft fabrics and animal prints are at the heart of this second collection from Kleed Kimonos.

The voice of the wild
Collection

This season, KLEED has branched out into robes, and introduces them in a stunning limited edition collection. Painstakingly hand-woven in traditional looms in Kabul, the part silk, part cotton fabric’s narrow width is determined by the loom itself.

KLEED’s signature silky kimono has evolved into a more vocal reflection of the brand’s wildlife protection ethos: the royal purple or the rich ochre yellow numbers boast Wildlife Supporter in pillar box red letters on the back. The kimonos are also available in gift sets, with matching red-piped pyjamas. The back-by-popular-demand Continuum Collection sees the black and grey printed kimonos reigning supreme. Another novelty this season is the midnight blue and white “take me anywhere, take me everywhere” kimono, with KLEED’s sophisticated customer in mind, looking for versatile luxury lounge and beach wear in her relaxed yet urban lifestyle.

Wildlife is all pervasive in the new leopard inspired lozenges prints, transformed into swish pyjamas – the perfect loungewear that can be layered and dressed up with velvet or silk, the rich walnut hues and black contrast piping - a testament to the enduring appeal of the classics. Also new this season, the androgynous cotton nightshirts, with their irreverent cartoon faces in bold blues and reds; or the endearing citrus yellow camel prints.

The Indian Journey
Collection

KLEED resort wear presents its stunning SS19 collection with its customary flair, this time inspired by the vast Indian continent, where vivid colors and luscious silks come to life through the hands of talented local artists and community partnerships.
Under the umbrella concept Collaboration for Conservation, KLEED continues to blaze a trail in true sustainability: partnering with like-minded artists, designers, conservationists and businesses, to make an enduring, utterly meaningful contribution to their economies and lives.
An Indian Journey pays homage to the ancestral wooden block print techniques, to offer a dazzling take on KLEED’s trademark kimonos, such as the Black Peacock kimono, featuring the mythical peacock feathers. Colour-block kimonos aalso make their début, with contrasting cuff sleeves, livened by KLEED’s irresistible wild animal embroideries, ranging from snakes to tigers.
As a brand, KLEED is on a path to full sustainability – one step at a time. In our SS19 collection, for instance, we have introduced an Azo-free capsule collection, with eco-friendly dyes. We are also launching our recycled paper KLEED bags and labels, as well as a collector’s edition of KLEED 100% certified organic cotton bags, again printed with eco-friendly dyes, featuring a series of endangered animals, in order to keep conservation issues at the top of everyone’s agendas, throughout the world.

The Colors of Jaipur

A journey through India inspires the resort wear brand’s continued growth, drawing on unique local traditions, on a path to full sustainability by end of 2020.

Coveted resort wear brand KLEED announces the stunning Jaipur Collection 2020, paying tribute to one of India’s most fascinating and inspiring destinations. The collection’s warm terracotta, dusky salmon and bright saffron yellow hues are reminiscent of the legendary spice route.
We see the journey through the eyes of a young woman, whose twin passions are travel and wildlife. In Jaipur, she is entranced by the riotous wealth of colours, the genuinely warm-hearted people, by the way that animals are a natural part of everyday life.
The collection draws on India’s ancestral techniques and unique craftsmanship, with a stunning début in a line of pure cotton dresses, painstakingly hand-woven on looms in remote villages in the Indian foothills. A fitting homage to India’s effortlessly gracious womenfolk, in their deep-dyed, rich-hued flowing robes.
The entire Jaipur Collection enhances the brand’s cult status as a chic yet relaxed way of luxurious living, whilst maintaining its focus as an eminently sustainable brand, as it commits to becoming 100% sustainable by the end of 2020.
