HOW WE DELIVER TO THE WORLD
For all countries except Spain and Portugal, your orders will be shipped and delivered by DHL Express, who deliver within 5 days to each destination.
Remote and Extended areas surcharge. A Remote Area is defined as a post code or, in the absence of post code, a suburb /town name that is difficult to serve. For Import Express shipments, a pickup from one of the same post codes and towns would attract a Remote Area surcharge. You can check out if these apply to you here – please note KLEED is not responsible for updating this list. The Remote and Extended areas surcharge is 20 € per delivery.
Deliveries to Spain and Portugal are handled by CTT Expresso. Deliveries might take 3/4 business days.
Spain: Additional fees may apply in the case of the Balearic and Canary Islands.
UK: All goods imported into the UK are subject to VAT. The rate may vary depending on the type of goods and their value.
KLEED is not liable for any additional customs duties or import taxes imposed by local authorities.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, KLEED has partnered with DHL’s GoGreen climate neutral shipments, so that we can offset the carbon emissions generated by our parcel deliveries.
For every delivery, DHL’s GoGreen makes an equivalent contribution to a climate protection project through the purchase of carbon credits, thus neutralising the shipment’s CO2 emissions. So, if your shipment is responsible for producing 21kg of CO2 emissions, DHL will offset at least the same amount by purchasing carbon credits from climate protection projects. The calculation and offset of those carbon emissions is annually verified by SGS, an independent auditor.

We are not responsible for any delays or additional costs you may incur due to destination customs clearance processes or policies.
