Covid-19 | Shipping information
We are currently using only one type for International orders shipping :  DHL.
However due to Covid- 19, we strongly recommend our clients to opt for DHL as it is safer, trackable and faster. Standard option (CTT) is suffering huge delays (1 month) and we can not provide tracking number outside of Europe.
We do not take responsibility for orders shipped with the Standard option.(CTT)

Our customer experience team are available Monday through Friday (excluding bank holidays), between 10AM and 6PM (BST).



Ordinarily, our standard delivery (CTT) is guaranteed maximum in 2 days.

However, please note that due to the ongoing situation orders may take a day or two longer than usual to arrive.



Orders are shipped on Mondays and Fridays.

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
