CAN I REPLACE MY ORDER?
Yes, by size, color or other model, whenever the amount is the same or superior.
If you want to exchange your Kleed online, you will only need to send us and email with the model, color and size of the item you want to switch for. The final value must always be equal or superior to the value of the Kleed item that you have originally bought. If the answer is positive you can send us the originally bought product.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO MAKE THE EXCHANGE?
The deadline to exchange the goods is 14 business days counting from the date of purchase.
The buyer has the right to freely terminate the contract, without any justification, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the article. In order to exercise your right of free resolution, you must communicate to us by means of electronic mail (email@example.com) through an unequivocal statement of resolution. Return costs must be borne by the buyer. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed.
In case of lack of conformity of the goods with the contract, the consumer has the right to have it replaced, by the form and term stipulated legally for that purpose.
